About MexTaco Express

   Steve and Darlene Mitcham learned their business ethics from Richard & Nancy Stuart, founders of the Chicken Express franchise. After almost three decades in the fast food industry, in all of that time learning from the Stuarts, as Chicken Express franchisees, they decided that the same principles of the chicken business could be applied to the quick service Tex-Mex industry.

   The same ideas of serving a fresh, never frozen product to their customers at MexTaco Express. Customer service is priority one for the Mitchams. They opened the first MexTaco Express restaurant in Granbury, Texas in 2000.

   Currently they are the only approved co-franchise available with the Chicken Express restaurant chain. MexTaco Express offers both co-franchises as well as stand alone locations.

   While currently building a ground floor of the corporation, they are looking for hard working franchisees who are wanting to join them in making MexTaco Express the finest quality of quick service mexican food in the industry.
